Haem: 82 (down 4)

White 1.2 (up 0.3)

Platelets (24 (up 1)

Neut 0.2 (up 0.1 yey!)

Weight: 59.9

So yey - finally some movement in my neutrophils! Hopefully this trend continues as if they continue to move, the closer I am to getting out of here.

So happy to see some movement in numbers and others holding relatively firm and not dropping.

I was asking about graft vs host disease today as there is a 'theory' that some acute GVHD is good to have as it shows the new marrow has taken hold and is working. So far, I have none, so I thought maybe patience is what I had to get out of this experience but was bluntly told yesterday that I hadn't engrafted yet so there is still plenty of time for GVHD to take hold! Oh well - still each day as it comes.

I also very much learnt today the importance of not getting overtired. The last few evenings I have been feeling quite nauseous and I wondered if last night was because I was so overtired as I had been desperate to nap in the afternoon but Anth was in the room, with his phone ringing and talking on the phone so I probably got about 10 min. Today I got a good hour nap and had very little nausea this evening - it made a huge difference.

So fingers crossed that numbers will continue to rise tomorrow.
