So, I am actually writing this the day after as yesterday turned into a day of nothingness. I basically was in a comatose state most of the day sleeping on and off but not having much idea of what was going on around me.

Happy to report a day without any nausea and after about 11.00am no diarrhea! Nil by mouth over 3 days maybe has helped - or maybe there is just nothing there left to come out!

The worst bit of the moment is the sore throat - but I could live with that at the state it is at the moment and ulcers of the mouth - but it is the bleeding of them I am not enjoying. I had a number of blisters at the back of my lips and think I tore them a couple of days ago (before Nil by Mouth) with an Icy pole and now they just keep weeping blood. I also think the 'lump' in my throat must be bleeding from time to time as there are times I am just clearing my throat and if I cough up anything, there is a bit of blood there. But with platelets at 11 - -a bit of bleeding is to be expected.

Got a bag of them (platelets) today and a bag of packed cells, so hoping that will help with energy levels as I have to admit getting out of bed to the bathroom takes just about all the energy I have for a period of time.
